on Windows now accepts paths specified as UTF-8-encoded character strings even if not representable in the current locale. (PR#17120) -
stopifnot(e, e2, ...)
now evaluates the expressions sequentially and in case of an error or warning shows the relevant expression instead of the fullstopifnot(..)
call.
